Fitness Lovers Program

Athletics have been a life-long passion for Ilaria, our Nutrition Specialist. Track and field, handball, modern dance, aerobics, and endurance bike riding are some of the disciplines she is familiar with, having practiced them since she was a teenager.

Ilaria is currently certifying as a trainer in Strength and ConditioningYouth Fitness and Senior Fitness, in order to complete her education in this field. She believes in fitness and an active life as fundamental tools for general wellbeing and a deeper enjoyment of our lives. Ilaria partners with sports and physical therapy professionals to keep up to date with the latest research, and with more effective routines to achieve or maintain an optimal fitness level and to improve sport performances.
